All quotes, assessments, or initial service estimates provided via our web forms, live chat, or phone line (202-288-1527) are subject to onsite validation. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior commercial contract agreements have been established.

3. Emergency and Cancellation Policy

Due to the rapid dispatch nature of our emergency HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians, cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched to your residential or commercial property may incur a standard dispatch assessment fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Yhailehem Services guarantees qualified professional workmanship. However, we are not liable for pre-existing infrastructural damage, catastrophic pipe or electrical failures beyond the scope of work performed, or indirect damages caused by delayed system operations.
